As the Plant Manager, you will be directly responsible for the financial results of the facility and provide leadership and direction for all aspects of production. Your active duties will focus on product quality, production yield, control of expenses and effective use of staffing.

Our client prefers candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Dairy manufacturing engineering and ten years' food manufacturing or related experience. Candidates must also possess a strong attention to detail, a high level of tact and dependability, strong communication skills, strong technical knowledge in dairy and cheese making, the ability to read and create financial results (P&L), and knowledge of computer software.
