The Atlanta branch of ThyssenKrupp Elevator located in Marietta, GA is currently seeking an individual who can aggressively identify and secure service contracts on a full line of elevator & escalator equipment manufactured by TKE and its competitors. The Service Sales Representative is responsible for exceeding or meeting monthly sales quotas by maintaining & growing the customer base; utilizing sales techniques to up-sell to current customers & cold call on prospective customers; preparing proposals to bid on new jobs: delivering presentation; negotiating prices & other terms; completing paperwork & reports; developing & maintaining strong relationships with new & existing customers; and performing other job duties as assigned.

Requirements Skill: General Skills -> Ability to Meet Deadlines, Negotiation, Problem Solving Skills, Provide Customer Service, Time Management, Understand Complicated Verbal & Written Instructions, Use Conflict Resolution Techniques, Use Interpersonal Communication Techniques, Use Oral or Written Communication TechniquesSales -> Cold-Calling, Outside, Service & Repair, Territory ManagementComputer Programs -> Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous experience in outside sales with a successful track record is preferred; but willing to train a highly motivated, goal-oriented person with a positive attitude. Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and time management skills are necessary. Good MS Office computer skills are important.
