Branch Manager-Retail Financial Services

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 per year

Our client, a growing financial institution, is seeking to add a Branch Manager to their group. The Branch Manager will direct the daily activities of a retail location in the Leominster area. Duties will include business development, meeting sales goals; managing the branch's deposits ; loan production and budget goals; providing superior member service and representing the institution in the community. Additionally, this position is also responsible for motivating branch staff to reach sales, servicing, personal and organizational goals and objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a degree with at least 5 years of experience of retail branch experience, with some supervisory experience. There will be an emphasis in sales, business development, administrative and analytical skills. Will also need superior communication skills.
