STRATEGIC WEB ANALYST
Role & Responsibilities
This position will play a strategic role in the analysis of all clickstream data, A/B and MVT testing data, CRM data and e-commerce data directly affecting the optimization of acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention efforts. As part of the Strategy team
this position is involved in new projects from the very beginning as an instrumental part in developing, managing, and growing all aspects of web analytics, reporting and analysis on each project. This position will provide formidable online statistic and analytic working experience, genuine business understanding and progressive technical
knowledge for the entire organization. Provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the agency, exposure to various verticals, levels of leadership and client relation with the responsibility to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Description
Our new Strategic Web Analyst will need to share our passion for interactive marketing as well as provide expertise and guidance from a data driven perspective. Serve as an expert of online behavior, web analytics and performance reporting. Formulate recommendations for improvement by analyzing multiple sources of data, web analytics,
transactional data, offline data, customer insights, industry research and competitive intelligence. Provide expert knowledge and insight into online marketing and consumer behavior as well as point of sale influence of the website. Conduct ongoing research into analytics trends and best practices to be considered and implemented into analytics
methodologies. Add value to the organization by giving the agency teams the data solutions necessary to assist them in meeting client goals for now and in the future.

Job Requirements
Own, manipulate and utilize the selected web analytics tools with a high degree of skill and understanding as it relates to web metrics, site analysis, e-commerce and user segmentation
High proficiency with at least two from the following web analytics tools: Omniture, WebTrends, DoubleClick, Google Analytics and CoreMetrics
Create holistic dashboards that help give insight and drive business decision-making
Serve as the on-site web, CRM and ecommerce analytics advocate, constantly striving to improve skills with tool sets and within the web metrics space, as well as pushing knowledge to the larger team
Participate in site builds, re-designs and enhancements as a measurements expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the implementation process and evaluating post-launch reporting
Very strong Excel skills.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in web analytics
Search experience - both SEO & Paid
Social media acumen
Mobile minded
Excellent presentation skills that demonstrate strategic thinking
