RWD's Product Support Group develops and sells its own proprietary software, InfoPak and uPerform, to companies worldwide. The Tier 3 Development support position requires a high level of customer-support and professionalism along with the ability to debug, design, and support client application development with general requirements. Strong interpersonal, verbal/telephone, written communication skills, and excellent troubleshooting ability are essential in this customer-oriented environment. This support environment has a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, so flexibility is a must. This position will also review software design, requirement, and test plan documents. This role will proactively work with management, other software developers, Tier 1 and 2 support representatives, and QA department members to validate and fix tier 3 level software performance issues.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Must have 1-3 years programming experience, with either VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
- Must have experience with Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Visual Studio 2005
