Job Description:
  • *This requisition is in reference to job opening #14416.**

    The National Field Staffing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end field recruitment process in order to achieve headcount requirements as driven by our business needs, customer expectations, and ongoing organizational effectiveness. This position will partner with HQ Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent recruitment alignment.

    This position will be based in one of the Call Center locations (Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; New Castle, DE; New Albany, OH)

    Essential Functions:
    1.Partner with assigned business unit(s) and Coverage teams to accurately understand national field hiring needs, develop and implement strategic hiring plans, build and ensure consistency across regional recruitment processes, and align execution for continuous improvement.
    2.Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, programs, staffing metrics, and reports by understanding the needs of the business, collaborating with internal clients, and researching industry best practices.
    3. Lead, build and mentor a team of regional staffing managers and remote-based recruiting professionals with a focus on identifying best candidates to achieve open headcount requirements, based on job specifications.
    4. Develop and manage national field recruiting budget that aligns with the overall HQ recruitment budget.
    5. Provide coaching to business and operations leadership teams on staffing related issues through an in-depth understanding of the company business strategy, industry practices, and current labor market and economic considerations.
    6. Work collaboratively and leverage expertise of Director, Talent Acquisition – HQ, to ensure that all talent acquisition practices are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including federal, state and local laws.
    7. Act as primary field talent acquisition liason by participating in all HQ staff meeting, training initiatives, and all third party vendor relationships.
    8. Responsible for disseminating all corporate wide talent acquisition initiatives to the various field locations.

    Skills Required:
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    Experience with PeopleSoft, MS office Word, Excel, etc.

    Skills Desired:
    SPHR desired
