Scheduled Work Hours:  8:30 am - 5:00 pm plus overtime, which may include evenings, weekends and travel. Overtime requirements are based on business needs.

Director - Loyalty Strategies and SolutionsThe Director - Loyalty Strategies and Solutions is responsible for improving patient loyalty through innovative programs that drive loyalty and retention. Loyalty is measured through patient attrition. The Director will drive new programs that increase retention and loyalty through a patient-engagement culture. The goal of Loyalty Strategies and Solutions is to improve patient lifetime value and enhance the full customer experience end-to-end.Position responsibilities include:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting
  • P&L, budgeting and forecastingExpectations:
  • Recommend service solutions and service model enhancements that drive the patient retention and loyalty metrics for the business.
  • Build appropriate and meaningful KPI’s.
  • Develop patient segment analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize available data sources to analyze campaign outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted financial goals for key loyalty/retention categories, including: saves and reinstatements, patient longevity and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with key business owners across the enterprise to develop and maintain a patient-focused culture.Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience within a competitive market in a job function driving retention/loyalty for both an acquisition and established customer base
  • Vendor or Marketing agency experience building loyalty programs across diverse customers a plus
  • Experience with direct marketing/mail order business preferred
  • Experience working with customer retention and loyalty programs in a recurring revenue model across multiple industries a plus
  • Experience in database and segmentation analysis
  • Excellent management skills
  • Ability to manage within a matrix organization structure where collaboration is required
  • Knowledge of leading loyalty technologies
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Focus on patients, think strategically, set clear goals and priorities and inspire and motivate others
  • Plan effectively, make sound decisions and execute and drive for results
  • Build key partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lead by example
  • Flexible approach to identify opportunities and solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment
