"Night Supervisor"
Monday-Thursday 2:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
4 hours on Saturday

Primary Characteristics:
Develop staff and monitor performance in order to reduce delinquency and minimize foreclosure losses.

Essential Functions:
* Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
* Identify and resolve problems.
* Understand the importance of complying with investor guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Mortgage Banking Basics.
* Leadership and Listening.
* Problem Solving.
* Internal/External communication.
* Special projects assigned by management.
* Personnel issues.
* Performance reviews.
* Flexibility.
* Ability to prepare monthly reports to management.

Training and Experience:
* 4 year college degree preferred- but not required.
* 3-5 years collection experience.
* Call center experience.
* 2 years prior supervisory experience.
