Portfolio Manager, up to 120K
Well established Property Management Company located in the Clinton area is looking for a Portfolio Manager. This position reports directly into the President of Real Estate Investments and is an integral part of making investment decisions. As a Portfolio Manager you will be involved with working on all aspects of asset management including the evaluation of potential acquisitions/divestures, refinancing, performance measurements, loan modifications and asset valuations.
Qualified candidates must have a strong knowledge base of multiple real estate investment products and 7+ years as a Portfolio/Asset Manager within the Real Estate industry.
