Kelly Services, a $5.5 billion industry leader is seeking a business-savvy individual with significant experience in utilizing solution selling techniques to advantageously position our capabilities to win complex, large accounts. This position will act in a consultative selling capacity and will develop deals that involve creating Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Based out of our corporate offices in Troy, MI, or near our customer location in New Brunswick, NJ. This position will support the growth objectives of KellyOCG BPO. The successful candidate will be tasked with pursuing and qualifying prospects as well as developing sales strategies with the various Kelly sales organizations resulting in new BPO accounts. Expand and enhance Kelly's business relationship with prospective customers to contribute to enhanced sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and market share. Maximize sales and profit through effective negotiations. Manage expense to sales ratios to optimize efficiency and profitability within budget. Duties and Responsibilities:
