Client Service & Support, Schwab Investor Services

Schwab's purpose is to help everyone become financially fit. Over the
last thirty years, Schwab has grown from a brokerage house into one
of the nation's leading financial institutions.

Client Service & Support (CS&S) is the primary service and trading
arm for Schwab Investor Services. The vision for CS&S is delighting
clients by creating memorable service experiences and by always
viewing the relationship through client's eyes. CS&S builds loyalty
with clients and employees one interaction at a time by living the
golden rule.

SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Broker Trainee at Charles Schwab, you will pursue our mission
and values through:

Receiving paid training (under a Condition of Employment)
to acquire the knowledge for, and obtain, Series 7 and 63 broker
licenses, becoming a licensed Charles Schwab broker.

Utilizing a passion for customer service, positive energy,
and problem solving skills to connect with our clients via inbound
and outbound calls.

Assessing and resolving client issues at a moment's
notice, helping them navigate Schwab products and services.

Delivering unparalleled value and outstanding service to
our clients in order to build and maintain client loyalty.

 Placing trades, uncovering business development
opportunities, discussing the latest market trends, responding to
research requests and providing investment advice/education to our
clients (once a licensed broker).

Trainees work in highly collaborative teams in an inclusive
environment, and are paid a salary (rather than the pressure of
commissions), receiving additional compensation for overtime hours.
In addition, our Client Service & Support bonus program rewards
client satisfaction, client retention, and profitable company growth.
We invest in our employees through several weeks of paid training
every year (including several weeks of training during the first
year) and through an extensive benefits program. Schwab employees
also have the opportunity to take part in community service projects
and other company events.

If you want to work with a financial services firm that values
integrity, open communication, perseverance and a relentless focus on
helping clients achieve their life goals, consider a career at
Charles Schwab.
