Corporate Controller

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $125000 to $175000 per year

A large and rapidly growing insurance company in the Utica area is seeking a Corporate Controller. This will report to the CFO and be responsible for: full financial statement preparation, filing all special and regular reports with government agencies in accordance with statutory requirements; handle all reinsurance reporting; handle all state exams and audits; oversee all tax reporting; serve as the "go-to" person for all accounting reporting and issues; and perform various analyses of accounting data. Full relocation will be offered.
