Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serve as lead technical director for the Baton Rouge Water Resources Practice.

Work with staff to develop skills and project/production understanding.

Strengthen and improve quality assurance and quality control within the practice.

Consult with practice manager and Project Manager related to staffing needs, production and quality issues, and staff
development.

Consult with other offices regarding work and knowledge sharing.

Assist with proposal development and project capture as requested by Project Managers/Business Development personnel.

Requirements Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Minimum years of experience: 15+ years experience

Education required: BS Degree in Engineering or related field

Education preferred: MS Degree in Engineering or related field

Registrations/Certifications required: PE in Louisiana

Registrations/Certifications preferred: PE in multiple states

This position does require travel. Travel amount is negligible.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.

This position does not manage others
