In this Sales and Order Management position, you'll have the opportunity to:

Primary point of contact for Sales Team, Sales Operations personnel, Demand planning and external customers.

Order Management including customer forecast

Analyze allocated supply numbers and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the impacts per account.

Responsible for management and analysis of customer demand changes.

Communicate regarding product deliveries, and availability, including scheduling or rescheduling of associated customer orders.

Co-Manage customer forecast

Work with the Customer Quality Group to maintain PCN releases for PCN sample arrangements.

Are you interested? The ideal Sales and Order Management candidate will possess:

Advanced Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets, utilizing pivot tables, charts and graphs, using macros as well as the analysis of the data.

Demand planning experience, including analyzing data

Order Management including customer forecast ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times

Direct customer support in a fast paced, dynamic environment, ability to multitask

Attention to detail and accuracy is absolutely critical
