Ideal candidates will possess:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- People-oriented
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Above average customer service skills in working with customers in person, on-line, and over the phone
- Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective interviews
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Insurance, Banking or Financial industry experience a plus.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred not required.
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Available to train for two (2) months in Knoxville TN with service territory to be Morristown TN
