Our ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED and at least 3+ years of auto estimating experience in either an auto body shop or insurance carrier. Candidates will also be required to have excellent customer service skills, verbal/written communication skills, organizational skills and strong computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Previous use of a computer estimating system is required; Audatex is a plus. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Since this is a field position candidates are required to have a valid drivers license and use of a working vehicle.
