The successful candidate will have experience as an Embedded Hardware/Software Design Engineer with embedded and FPGA experience to join our team of highly talented professionals.? We are looking for a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks. You must possess excellent communications skills, work well with light supervision in a collaborative environment, and be willing and able to apply a broad set of skills to unique problems. You will be expected to interact effectively with other contractors, current and potential clients, contractors and government sponsors, which include DOD combatant commands. 

Specific required tasks include:

• Demonstrated experience writing low-level drivers for applications.
• Demonstrated experience as an embedded software design engineer. 
• Demonstrated experience working with FPGA hardware, including soft processors.
• Demonstrated success integrating low-level software with soft and hard microprocessors.
• Applying sound engineering principles, complete assigned tasks according to organizational goals and processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree; EE preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience creating application software in C/C++ for Linux and Windows
• Must have the capability to operate in technical and dynamic environment.
• Experience with a FPGA vendor is expected, Xilinx experience is strongly desired.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Must possess the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret Security clearance.
• Highly desired: DOD/Intel/Fed experience.
