Progress Rail Services Corporation, a Caterpillar Company and a leading provider of services to the Railroad industry in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, seeks a Plant Manager for Russell, Kentucky Railwelding facility.

Overall management of 20 employee production line railwelding operation
Work closely with railroad customers to insure production schelules ar met

Requirements

Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Railwelding trackwork experience a plus
Proven track record of managing safety, quality and production
Electrical and hydraulic experience a plus
Engaging personality with good verbal and written communications skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers
