Senior Tax Analyst / Manager

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

In this Senior Tax Analyst position you will support the tax department with Federal, International State, and Local income tax returns. You will also research and respond to Federal, State, and local governmental audits and notices. This Senior Tax Analyst position will be responsible for maintaining the corporation's income tax accounting records. Additionally, you will also support the Corporation's tax planning initiatives with appropriate research and analysis for issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, and due diligence. For consideration you will need the following job requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting; CPA license and/or MST; Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a tax department with direct working experience in the areas of consolidated returns and multi-state taxes;
Highly developed communication skills (both verbal and written) and professional standards; Ability to work independently and function as a self-starter.
