Supervise daily operations and activities of the Cardiac Cath Lab. Assist and direct staff to perform their duties
efficiently and productively with patient satisfaction the number one priority. Assist with staff evaluation, coaching and counseling
sessions. Assess and maintain competency of staff as related to job descriptions. Promote a supportive environment that encourages
team work. Assist Director with planning, management of department and evaluation and purchase of capital equipment.

Requirements

• High school graduate, completion of couse in Nursing, Radiation technology or Cardiovasculat technology
• Certification/Licensure: RN: Ky. RN: Lic. RT: Ky. Lic.CVT:RCIS Registry CPR and ACLS
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of leadership
