Senior Accountant

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

Senior Accountant, up to 60K

Fast growing Property Management Company located in the Clinton area is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its team. In this highly visible role the Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial statement preparation, account analysis, reconciliations and cash flow analysis. This position provides the opportunity to make an immediate impact and work with the CFO directly on special projects.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years financial statement preparation and solid communication skills. All applicants must also have experience with Argus software. Ideal candidates will have a blend of public accounting and real estate industry experience.
