Due to our consistent growth and prosperity, we are looking to fill a key MIS Analyst II role within the Trust Technology Operations area of M&T Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide System Application Support for the Trust Accounting System, SEI, to the Trust Investment Group, MTB Investment Advisors and external clients.
Create and maintain access profiles for the SEI Webfolio Internet Application
SEI Trust Tech Helpdesk support
SEI problem research and resolution. Including the process of interfacing with SEI’s call logging system
Participate in month-end scheduling, SEI’s Disaster Recovery testing, projects pertaining to SEI products and new custom processes
Administrative support to team members
Occasional over-time is required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years College coursework completed or at least 3 years in related environment
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent time management skills
Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
Strong PC skills to include MS Office products
Solid Internet & Intranet research experience
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
SEI Application Experience Preferred
Research-oriented analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
Trust business experience
