Description The Scoring Reporting and Technology (SR&T) Full Circle Program at ETS provides entry level experience in all five SR&T business units to selected candidates and serves as a platform for professional development and advancement within the division.

The IT Associate position is an entry level, permanent, full time position.

This Full Circle Program consists of a variety of rotational work with each rotation lasting for a minimum of 6 months up to 12 months based on the needs of the business and employee performance.

Responsibilities:

ONLY recent college graduates with Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field will be considered.

Sample Department Rotation Plans:

1. Business Relations (Business Analysis)

2. Development (Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer, Systems Engineer)

3. IT Risk Management & Enterprise Architecture (Enterprise Architecture, Information Security)

4. Operations (Migration Engineer, Database Administration) - Complete all rotations in a timely manner - Work with subject matter experts to complete projects and meet SLAs from clients in each rotation

Requirements Work Experience:

Experience in IT or related technical field Other Requirements:

Technical Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of MS InfoPath 2003; SQL programming. XML, MS Access, Windows SharePoint Services

Experience: MS Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with web/system applications.

Good organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills required to function in a team environment.
