Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to business prospects using market segment leads.
- Make a personal connection through our consultative approach while driving results.
- Maintain a prospect list within a database to acquire new business.
- Engage in a needs based dialogue using persuasive techniques to motivate prospects.
- Understand products and services to be able to sell features and benefits.
Requirements
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, B2B preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast paced environment
- High volume outbound call experience
- A passion for providing an excellent client experience
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Benefits
- Work Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, NO weekends
- $25k per year plus unlimited commission (average reps make $28k-$32k)
