Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to business prospects using market segment leads.
• Make a personal connection through our consultative approach while driving results.
• Maintain a prospect list within a database to acquire new business.
• Engage in a needs based dialogue using persuasive techniques to motivate prospects.
• Understand products and services to be able to sell features and benefits.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, B2B preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast paced environment
• High volume outbound call experience
• A passion for providing an excellent client experience
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Benefits

• Work Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, NO weekends
• $25k per year plus unlimited commission (average reps make $28k-$32k)
