Job Description: Analyst and principle financial advisor to technical managers. Requires broad base management tasking skills and knowledge of programmatic requirements and solutions sets. The successful candidate: Must understand the mission and vision of the organization to the extent that the candidate can accomplish tasks with minimal input or direction; Will analyze and evaluate current and future processes and directive for effectiveness and efficiency within the organization; Will provide managers with current program requirements, status reports, workload requirements and status, operational, technical and working procedures, safety requirements, training requirements, and sustainment metrics; Will interact with and advise customers by applying specific program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in the execution of routine and non-routine tasks; Will interact and provide technical assessment to customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of program management tasks; Will analyze requirement, interface with other professionals to generate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instructions/procedures and/or related material; Will analyze and track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the customer; Will create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal); will review, analyze, provide comments, and provide assessments of technical and non-technical program reports; Will research specific area and prepare findings; Will interface with internal and external principal program participants for planning, prioritization, and resolution of overall activities to support customer goals.Must have significant experience and knowledge of with:Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS)Enterprise Project Management (EPM) SystemEarned Value Management (EVM)Integrated Checkbook (ICB)Integrated Corporate Financial (ICF)Industrial Logistics Support Management Information System (ILSMIS)Warfare Center Workload Assignment Website (WAW)Workload Information System (WIS)

Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of job related experience or equivalent. Good written communication skills; expert in Microsoft Office with experience in Project desired; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
