Job Description:  GENERAL FUNCTION: Assists the Senior Trust Officers in delivering services to families with extraordinary wealth ($25 million in Assets Under Management or $50 million in Net Worth) in every aspect of servicing Trust Officer's client base to ensure greater client satisfaction, retention, and compliance with all policy and procedures governing fiduciary relationships. Work extensively with trust system. Assume responsibility for new and closed accounts. Has a basic knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning. Handles information flow and day-to-day activities, which include complex reporting, administration, and other administrative and client service functions within the bank’s multi-family office platform known as Mirador Family Wealth Advisors. Achieves defined service standards to deliver an exclusive client experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participates on client sales and service calls as needed. * Frequent interaction with other areas of Trust and the Bank. * Provides back-up support with client communication and problem solving. * Develops a working knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning. * Fosters positive professional and customer relationships. * Assists with preparation of marketing proposals and materials. * Ensures smooth transition as client moves among service models. * Works with Administrative Services Group (ASG) to open and close accounts; processes additions to and distributions from accounts. * Provides necessary maintenance/interfaces for trust accounting system. * Proactive with a sense of urgency for client services and completion of projects/tasks. * Works with multiple managers balancing priorities. Requirements KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED: * Systems administration and support. Proficient with AMTrust system. * HS degree or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Minimum of 2 years experience as Trust Administrator or related experience. * Effective client relations skills. * Detail oriented. * Problem solving skills. * Strong technical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Access. * Deep consideration for success of team members and support for the mission of the organization. * Comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary law and estate planning. * Understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.
