As a Financial Reporting Specialist Senior, you will responsible for preparing and analyzing mutual and hedge fund financial statements and shareholder reports. You will prepare and assist in financial filings on behalf of our mutual fund clients of SEC forms N-CSR, N-SAR, N-Q and 24f-2. You will also perform limited review of daily work performed by Financial Reporting Specialists.   

Requirements The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
 
Working knowledge in the preparation of and analyzing financial statements.  Understanding recent developments in the field and their impact on financial reporting.  Prior experience using automated reporting platforms a plus.
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Majoring in  Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics..
 
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: at least 2 years.
 
The candidate must be able to:  Acts as a team leader.  Schedules daily workflow and priorities as needed to meet customer needs, & oversees project related assignments.  Demonstrates leadership in a work group, team or project.   Must have a high level of organization and attention to detail.  Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and programs. Applies knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems requiring independent thinking with direction.   Maintains effective contacts within PNCGIS at various levels in the organization.  Begins to build external client contacts and is regularly available and responsive to their business needs.  Seeks feedback from clients to ensure that expectations are met.
