Bi-Lingual Assistant Controller/Controller

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $85000 to $100000 per year

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Controller/Assistant Controller to join an excellent Tampa based manufacturing company. Title and compensation will be determined by experience. The selected Controller will be must have international accounting and financial statement preparation experience, FASB 52, IFRS exposure, as well as the ability to develop and train staff as well as plant personnel not directly under their responsibility. Additionally, the selected Controller will be expected to travel up to 30% of the time to Latin America to visit plant operations. Our client is seeking a strong leader, who is both hands on, but also able to mentor and develop a team oriented environment. The selected Controller will also be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, with at least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment in a leadership role. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA, MBA, CMA preferred. Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Financial Statement Preparation, Advanced Budgeting/Forecasting, Intermediate IFRS, MS Excel, Conduct Business Spanish, ERP experience.
