Description SALES TEAM MANAGER � COACH & QUARTERBACK

This innovative, highly respected manufacturing company in the So. Seattle/Kent area is seeking a very special manager to mentor, develop, train, drive and coach their sales team. Outstanding salary and full benefit package also includes a positive, upbeat environment and a lot of integrity across all levels of the organization. Suitable candidates must have:

5+ years in direct sales with notable achievements and documented results

5+ years in sales team development, mentoring, motivating, training, process and procedures.

5+ years sales within industries with multiple product lines and diverse customer account base

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand the difference between a heavy hand and an effective one � this is a critical distinction

Excellent team and rapport-building skills

Creativity, resourcefulness, effective writing and oral presentation abilities

�and last but not least, a high EQ not just IQ.

This is not a direct sales position, it is a team development management position. Executive track. Reports directly to CEO.
