Responsibilities:
Ensure store presentation is consistent with company standards. Drive sales, and maintain total store awareness. Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers and Associatates. Provide Human Resource management, including staffing plans and performance evaluations. Manage expense control and payroll. Execute floor, backroom, frontline, and cash office activities as needed. Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities. Qualifications Five years' retail management experience as a Store Manager in a big box, fast paced retail environment - Home fashions experience a plus!
Volume responsibility of $5 million and above.
Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills.
