To support the Company's outstanding growth, we are seeking an Area Director of Housekeeping for the Mountain Region.

Up to 3 years of extensive hands-on experience in the housekeeping profession, with responsibility for 10 or more people; multi-site management experience, willingness to assist housekeeping managers as needed; understand budgets & financial statements; excellent problem solving skills; strong ability to grow & learn; bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Establish and monitor goals for each site

Ensure site contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed

Travel & manage assigned sites

Review weekly site budget performance and enforce recommendations for improvement

Conduct performance appraisals
