Job Summary:
We have an amazing outside sales opportunity! If you are or want to be a sales leader; Zurich is looking for you in our northwestern, South Carolina market, (including Aiken, Columbia, Rock Hill, Greenville and Spartanburg)!

    What do we do:
    We provide finance and insurance products to retail Automotive Dealerships through a dedicated sales force. As an F&I Executive, you will be a key player in the success of the outside sales team. You will drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory through sales related to the Zurich line of products. You would develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Sole sales responsibility, in addition to partnering with Account Executives to achieve product density through a team selling approach.

    Job Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

    4 or more years of related experience preferred.

    1. Extensive understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology preferred.
    2. Advanced understanding of our industry, market and competitors preferred.
    3. Thorough knowledge of F&I underwriting principles/techniques preferred.
    4. Thorough knowledge of F and I business offerings plus basic knowledge of all DU products preferred.
    5. Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles.
    6. Understands principles, techniques and terminology of claims and the company Claims process preferred.
    7. Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, specifically within area of responsibility preferred.
    8. In-depth knowledge of Zurich's CORE values and code of ethics preferred.
    9. Knowledge of personal computers, Internet research techniques, company-approved software, and business system applications including customer systems preferred.
    10. Extensive knowledge of customers' business and operations including interpretation of financial statements and administrative processes preferred.
    11. Understands financial results of DU and how the F&I Executive affects the bottom line preferred.
    12. Understands effective training and training delivery methods.
    13. Knowledge of company's vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics preferred.
    14. Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities.
    15. Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team.
    16. Understands the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional growth.
    17. Outside sales experience preferred.
    18. Licensed to sell insurance products in states where required.
    19. Successful completion of formal F&I training a plus.
