Description
Responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of moderate to complex nature. Responsibilities may include: determining and defining system specifications, process improvement, and quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, and higher emphasis on problem resolution.
Manually test input and output of data / processes. Resource will be responsible for setting up test data, executing test cases, verifying highly detailed output and documenting findings on a test plan (pass/fail). Resource will be responsible for documenting system defects (with expected/actual results including screen prints) and communicating with developers and business team with details of the defect. Once errors are corrected, resource will retest test case to ensure that the defect has been resolved and document retest findings.
