Database Support SpecialistThe Database Specialist will provide user support for the Clearvision network deployment database. This position will also be responsible for database configuration, report development, and data quality.Job Responsibilities:- Answer user questions submitted through the ticketing system.- Perform data imports and exports to support regular business processes.- Provide end user training in-person and via conference calls using MS live meeting. - Modify the database as needed to accommodate changing requirements and new initiatives.- Develop new reports to satisfy stakeholder requirements.- Produce and distribute management reports weekly and quarterly, create ad-hoc reports on request.- Perform regular data quality audits and correct discrepancies.- Recommend and implement process improvements. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business-related or engineering field. - Two or more year’s wireless telecommunications project management or comparable industry experience. - Strong computer skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel. Expert level macro development and pivot table experience preferred. - Experience with all MS Office applications. - Superb customer service focus and strong communications skills. - Proven organizational, analytical, and planning abilities with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
