Description JOB SUMMARY
Audit contract documents for compliance with company standards. Responsible for verifying all contract financial information and funds. Perform routine data entry including maintenance of audit exception reporting. Responsible for working with sales staff and customers to cure audit exceptions. Responsible for maintaining and reporting daily workflow. Also responsible for staying up to date with corporate and departmental policies. Responsible for other clerical tasks including opening and distributing mail, imaging documents and other duties as assigned.

Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
-Intermediate knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
-4 years general office experience
-Attention to detail
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
-Ability to stand for significant amounts of time
-Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs
-Ability to key at least 8,000 alpha numeric keystrokes per minute

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-2 year college degree
-2 years customer service experience
-Mortgage lending or contract processing experience
