Project Manager

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for project planning and tracking in-process and new design projects.
• Collecting and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Managing the software release planning process. Working with Account Management and Development to prioritize and balance change requests so that releases are successful, productive, and timely.
• Manage the transition of clients from the implementation to the Account Management team.
• Drive the QA team with testing new project functionality by involving the appropriate QA resources in the project and ensuring that appropriate time and test scripts are established to successfully test the solution.
• The ability to perform solution training and have a working understanding of best practices and benchmarking in the service supply chain industry.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record of managing software or process engineering projects.
• Experience with project planning tools, project tracking and budgeting tools is preferred. 
• Some travel is required

• Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational, task management, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent design or solution architecture skills.
• Excellent process definition skills for business and technical processes.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing software implementations is desired
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
