Description Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative and detailed individual for our Customer Service Representative. If you are looking for an opportunity to bring your account management skills to a highly technical, fast-paced, and customer-oriented environment, then this position is for you!The Customer Service Representative position is located in Trinity, FL.Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Trinity field office activities, to include telephone, e-mail, fax, mail, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, supplies, and filing.
  • Support field office staff.
  • Prepare and check quotations.
  • Process purchase orders and special customer requests.
  • Handle accounts receivable collection issues.
  • Support SEL sales representatives and distributors.
  • Plan and organize customer visits, conferences, seminars, training, international travel and other customer service activities.
  • Process export documentation and letters of credit
  • Handle clerical duties in a technical or sales environment
  • Measure and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow and improve customer service area processes.
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Related associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer service and clerical experience
  • Strong computer, telephone, and office administration skills
  • Strong documentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Working knowledge of export documentation and letters of credit
  • Clerical experience in technical or sales environment
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Database experience
