Description Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager for the Environmental Services (Housekeeping) department at Detroit Receiving Hospital. This 900K sq ft facility is located in Detroit, Michigan. The Operations Manager will work a varied schedule, and needs to be flexible to work any shift. This position will supervise 40 employees and will be involved in training, coaching, counseling, and customer service efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous leadership experience in housekeeping within a health care environment. At Sodexo Health Care, patients are at the heart of everything we do. Position Summary:

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Basic Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

2 years of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:
