Food Scientist

Description Kelly Scientific is currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Food Scientist position in Erlanger, Kentucky. This position is reporting directly to the Product Development Technologist.
The ideal candidate will have the following: - A Bachelors degree in Food Science - Experience within a food manufacturing company (can be through an internship) - Entry level ' 5 years experience
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Assist in the coordination of research projects - Following research procedures and experiment guidelines to ensure effective development - Assist in research and development of formulations, lab machinery requirements, and ingredients - Complete reports and management updates on progress - Maintain all lab experimentation and notebooks
