This is  part time position. Set up, monitor, and coordinate multiple conference calls as requested by Verizon Business customers with the utmost accuracy, while maintaining quality conferencing. Provide professional, timely, and accurate delivery of service to all customers at all times. This is an excellent entry level opportunity to work in an exciting dynamic environment.

Requirements
This position requires a High School degree, vocational school, or equivalent and one year customer relations and computer experience with the ability to type at minimum 35 wpm. The qualified candidate would have the ability to work in an environment that requires effective use of listening, organizational, and communication skills. You must also be able to solve problems quickly, make sound decisions, and show initiative. It is essential to be a multi-tasker who has a strong attention to detail. This is a part time hourly position approximately 20 hours per week. You will be eligible for health benefits, 401(k) and bonus incentive programs.
