Sr. Business Analyst

Description Looking for a high level BSA with product Comparison and/or Gap analysis experience.
Required
� BS Degree in Software Engineering, MIS or Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5+ years related industry experience.
� 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
� 5+ years of experience working within an established SDLC
� Strong experience working on projects involving call center or help desk operations.
� Proven experience in product comparison and gap analysis.
� Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio
� Strong analytical and problem solving skills
� Proficient in workflow analysis, document analysis and use case definition
� Strong facilitation skills
� Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
� Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
� Strong process background: 5+ years experience with a variety of data and process modeling methodologies
� Demonstrates proficiency in areas such as workflow analysis, document analysis, use case and test script definition
� Proven ability to interface comfortably at various levels of the organization (from Senior Executives to functional subject matter experts and individual contributors)
Preferred
� IIBA certified
� Experience working with HP Service Center/Product Set exp is a plus.
� Experience in the records management
� Experience enhancing proprietary software applications
� Proficiency with process and data modeling tools.
� Familiarity with best practices around Sarbanes-Oxley
� Interest in new methodologies and emerging technology
� Clear goals and dedication to professional development in Business analysis area
� Experience with Business Process Management tools and process
� Demonstrated understanding of relational databases and distributed applications
