Job Description:
This position is contingent on contract award.Must be available for assignment to various CONUS/OCONUS sites, including Korea, Qatar, Afghanistan, and Iraq, for extended terms. Field Support Representative, intermediate level, essential responsibilites:Serve as on-site technical personnel supporting maintenance of JADOCS software and related hardware.Must be capable of routine system maintenance and administrative functions including: system configuration and modifications; adding, removing and replacing hardware and software items; system startup, shut down, backup and restore; database administration and maintenance; and system user access control. Provide analysis of system operations. Perform system administration functions, training, and support exercises.Assist in software fielding and developing TTPs.Support the C4ISR-related architecture for organizations employing JADOCS.
Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree or 2 year technical school focusing on Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical disciplineThree (3) years of relevant experienceSubstantial background in communications and communications connectivity. Knowledge of, and ability to use, operating systems and database management systems.Experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices. Must be capable of obtaining a TS-SCI clearance.
