Equipment Preparation Technician - Monroe

Description Purpose:

The Equipment Preparation Technician prepares cold drink equipment for delivery and installation. They provide the field with quality equipment for placement in customer location within the CCBCC territory.



Key Accountabilities:

� Evaluates equipment to determine that it is in proper working order

� Program vending machines to customer specifications (labels, price, packages)

� Prepares cold drink equipment for delivery in a timely manner

� Ensures that the equipment has a good appearance

� Ensures that accessory items are present and operational

Required Qualifications:

� Excellent safety record

� Ability to lift objects of 50 lbs. or more

� Must be able to make sound decisions, work effectively and be self motivated to complete tasks in an environment of minimal supervision

� Basic computer skills (troubleshooting)

� Candidate must be able to work within time constraints and have the ability to continuously learn new technology

Preferred Qualifications:

� General knowledge and experience in trouble shooting cold drink equipment

� Basic technical (refrigeration/electrical) skills

� Experience moving large pieces of equipment
