Description The CSI Companies were recently named one of the fastest growing privately held recruiting firms in the nation, with offices in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, Dallas and Nashville, and Denver. Our tech division, CSI Tech, is currently in need of an experienced IT Recruiter for our Dallas office.



Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the recruiting of IT professionals, additional experience recruiting with in the healthcare clinical application space is preferred, but not required.



As a CSI Tech Recruiter, you will utilize your expertise and experience to source, recruit, select, interview, and place information technology professionals with our clients.
An understanding of technical terms and how to successfully partner with account managers is also vital.
You will be an integral part of our team, and need to be able to function as such.
This is a phone intensive position where strong organization, presentation, persuasion, and closing skills are essential.
In addition, you will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
