Dominium Management Services, the largest privately held management and development company in the Midwest, is seeking 2 Leasing Consultants for our communities in St. Paul. We have one FT position at one PT (weekend) Leasing Consultant position available.
The Leasing Consultant will answer phones, tour and lease apartments, take work order requests, provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents, type up new leases and lease renewals, follow up on work orders and market property through internet marketing and outreach.
The Leasing Consultants must have at least 1-2 years experience. The FT Leasing Consultant must have Section 42/Tax Credit/Market Rate, Yardi software and leasing/sales experience.
The PT Weekend Leasing Consultant must have Yardi software, MS Office, and leasing/sales experience.
