Description Position Summary : Experienced pharmacy technician to cover vacations, sick time. Likely to work 10 hours a week maybe more, but hours will vary depending on the needs of the pharmacy. No evenings or weekends. Assist pharmacist in various duties related to filling/dispensing both prescription medications and providing quality customer service.

Requirements Qualifications : Reads and interprets prescription. Prepares prescriptions for dispensing pharmacists in accordance with quality, productivity, and regulatory standards of performance. Under the supervision of the pharmacist, performs support functions to include data entry, retrieval of drug product, filling of prescription, doctor phone calls, inventory management, and general pharmacy clerical duties. Orders and stocks OTC products. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean, safe work environment.

Education : High school diploma.

Experience : Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience and be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Positive attitude, and good customer service capability. Must be available to work during the week.
