Enrollment/Eligibility Representative - Brookfield, WI
 
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new member or group enrollments. Positions will load new member or group data into the enrollment database & update the database with changes. Positions will also respond to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status.  Positions will identify, research and resolve customer issues using a variety of windows based computer systems as well as follow up on customer inquiries for timely resolution.  Positions are responsible for working with various types of member correspondence. Positions may also be responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changes. Positions may also be responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions.

Requirements Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare insurance experience required
• 2+ years of claims research experience required
• Microsoft Word/Excel experience preferred
• Ability to set and achieve goals related to the position preferred
• High school/GED diploma or equivalent work experience
