Maxim Healthcare Services is searching for a nurse specifically looking for part-time opportunities to work in a school setting.
We have part-time opportunities right now for performing glucose checks on diabetic students. The time required for these services is minimal.
Additionally we have flexible opportunities for substitute/per diem school nurse assignments.

Responsibilities include:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.Qualifications include:
Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License. Full command, verbal and written, of the English language. Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
