Department:  CCPN REGL SC ABILENE

Schedule:  Full-Time

Shift:  Vary

Hours:  Monday-Friday with frequent travel

Has authority, accountability and responsibility for the management of the daily operations of the clinic. Collaborates with Medical Director on all matters and assists in the standard of care. Demonstrates decision making and problem solving skills which include collecting and analyzing information in order to develop and implement a course of action. Requires good judgement and in-depth knowledge of physician practice management. Organizes and standardizes CCPN office operations and procedures. Shall be given authority commensurate with responsibility delegated. On call for urgent situations involving physicians, staff, patients and complaint resolution.

Five years experience, including two years management in multi-physician office and/or medical billing service. Bachelor's degree required; applicable experience in lieu of education acceptable but a minimum of two year s of college and demonstrated understanding of general accounting principles necessary. Solid knowledge of coding and third party requirements is required. Displays ability to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public, physician or administration, build effective team environment and diplomacy in dealing with diverse personalities and goal agendas.

*Frequent travel to clinics in central and west Texas*
