Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $12.00 to $13.25 per hour

OfficeTeam is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives for our client in the loop. Responsibilities include receiving and placing telephone calls to new and existing clients. Maintaining solid customer service relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism while entering data into an in-house system is required. Additional functions will include handling customer orders in Spanish. Qualified candidates will have three years minimum of customer service experience and be fluent in Spanish.
